Winemaking process: Manual harvest and transport in small boxes of 20kg. Fermentation with tradicional foot treading in the lagar with 40% stems.
Ageing: Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Soil and weather: Sandy soil and Mediterranean weather.
Colour: Ruby colour.
Aroma: Hints of red fruits and black plums, complexed with mint, light veggie and spicy. The oak character involves all the wine but in a descript way.
Taste: Very elegant, deep, with soft tanins and balanced acidity. It finish with great persistence.
Gastronomy: Pairs well with grilled meat, stews and hard cheeses.
